Founded by Vanessa, an experienced early years consultant with a deep-rooted passion for quality practice, our consultancy is built on years of hands-on experience and professional expertise.

Vanessa began her journey with an NNEB qualification and has since gained a wealth of further qualifications, including Early Years Professional Status (EYPS) and Levels 3, 4 and 5 in Teaching and Learning. She’s a qualified Assessor and Internal Quality Assurer (IQA), which means she doesn’t just know what good practice looks like; she knows how to grow it in others.

Vanessa is also trained as an NSPCC-accredited Train the Trainer instructor, with a strong emphasis on safeguarding and child protection, a thread that runs through all aspects of her work.
